Meet Dr. Therese Voelker, PT, DPT, NCPT

Dr. Therese Voelker, PT, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation with a comprehensive, movement-based approach to care. With extensive experience in manual therapy, she combines hands-on techniques with functional movement training to help clients restore mobility, reduce pain, and optimize performance.

Dr. Voelker is a Master Pilates Rehabilitation Specialist, integrating the principles of Pilates into individualized treatment programs to support strength, alignment, and neuromuscular control. She also has advanced training in CoreAlign and Oov, allowing her to offer innovative, evidence-based strategies to improve posture, stability, and movement efficiency.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Voelker serves as a Clinical Instructor, mentoring and educating future physical therapists and Pilates instructors with a focus on thoughtful, patient-centered care.

She has a special interest in treating complex and chronic conditions, including hypermobility spectrum disorders and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). Her expertise also includes spine pathologies, shoulder dysfunction, pelvic instability, and gait and balance impairments. Dr. Voelker is dedicated to helping her clients build resilience, improve function, and return to the activities they love with confidence.
