About Therese

Balanced stacked spheres in warm light

Therese Voelker, PT, DPT, NCPT

Doctoral physical therapy, refined by the Pilates method.

Therese is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher who believes lasting results come from understanding the whole person — not just the injury. She works one-on-one with every client, combining hands-on manual therapy with the control and precision of Pilates.

Her approach is built on listening first, then designing a program that meets you where you are and progresses as you grow stronger. The result is care that feels personal, deliberate, and genuinely yours.
